Friday, June 29, 2012. What can I say? Life is busy when you are a working Mom! I got a promotion at work, so now I open every day. It is tough getting up at 5am every day, but I do like being off earlier. It will be so nice to be home when the boys get home from school every day. I really do enjoy work though. I have recently discovered a new love for the outdoors, and I love hiking! I lost over 100 lbs in 18 months. It feels pretty good! I enjoy spending time with my family, singing, and playing the piano. The Love of my Life. What can I say? This 15 year old is so talented! He is a great musician, artist, and student.

Monday, April 21, 2014. It is still Autism a Awareness Month. I have a Facebook friend who has posted little snippets about their life with Autism. I've enjoyed reading those posts and feeling like I'm not alone. If at all possible, I avoid taking Marshall shopping. It's not a good experience for either one of us. The time finally came where he was out of shorts and T shirts, and I had no other choice, so off we went. If they smell funny, look funny, or aren't soft, he won't wear them. The Love of my Life.
