Bill Helf's Care Page. Thursday, July 31, 2008. Bill has had a busy summer of cardiac rehab, cognitive therapy, and physical therapy. He continues to make progress, but like most people, it's never as fast as he would like. The current plan for school is that he will not start before January 2009. This will allow more time for his heart to regain function and for his short term memory to improve. The Walk sounds like a great idea! I'll definitely be going! August 6, 2008 at 12:33 PM.
