香港大律師公會昨天發聲明(連結英文版: Statement of the Hong Kong Bar Association on the attendance at jury trials by members of the public. 中文版: 香港大律師公會聲明： 就公衆人士旁聽陪審團審訊. 批評陳慶偉法官最近那篇判詞, 判詞是有關曾蔭權案的後續。由3月6日開始, 這課題我寫了4篇, 我沒有估到竟然要寫第5篇。大律師公會這篇聲明, 立場偏頗, 居心叵測。我沒有資格議論大律師公會在甚麼情況下才發聲明, 我想大概是圍繞守護法治及公義方面的事情吧。 如果指責陳官沒有容許那些名人解釋的機會, 那些名人在事後已發聲明, 或大造文章, 或在網台或通過傳媒, 澄清了自己到庭的目的, 甚或以諷刺揶揄手法, 反駁了陳官的「揣測」。我寫了幾篇評論, 也對判詞相關部份作出解讀, 就不想在此冗贅重複再講。大律師公會在這個時候, 再來批評陳官, 意欲何為? 在審訊過程中, 陳官有沒有趕走任何聽審人士, 或拒絕公眾人士入庭? 陳官關注的是, 有人耍手段意圖影響陪審團的裁決, 若果有人這樣做, 大律師公會也不能接受吧?
