Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Waiting by the phone . . . Dad left for a business trip today. We don't like it when he goes away. I don't think Mom likes it either. She says he'll be back in a few days. Friday, September 12, 2008. Yesterday I was sitting next to Mom while she was working on the computer and guess what I saw? A gecko was on the window! He was between the screen and the glass. Mom said he didn't know how to get out. I decided I could help with that. Remy wasn't quite as interested in helping- he was mostly watching me do all the work. Friday, August 1, 2008. We're babysitting for a puppy. His name is Dale. He's our two-legged brother's friend's dog. He is a six-month old chocolate lab. Sunday, December 21, 2008. We've been gone for a few months. Mom had surgery in early October but she's doing fine. We've missed you guys! Since we knew Mom was feeling better, we started to bug her about blogging again. Here we are waiting in the office for her to get on the computer! She's really excited about it and she decided to have a little mother/daughter party for Aubree's friends and their Moms. She got out all her jewelry and had it laid out so pretty on the table. Thursday, December 27, 2007. We hope all of our four and two-legged friends had a wonderful Christmas! We both got a new rawhide to chew on! But Mom sneaks them away from us just when they're getting good- she's afraid we'll swallow them. Remy and I eat rocks all the time- and she's worried about rawhide. Jeez. On Christmas eve . . .
