Living in balance with Earth for a Healthy, Happy Simple Life. This pristine 812 acres of land is bordered on three sides by Koreelah National Park with Koreelah gorge on the other. It is in northern NSW 1:40 hours from western Brisbane. There is approximately 200 acres of semi-cleared land suitable for cropping and grazing; 80 acres of rainforest merging with World Heritage listed rainforest of the Koreelah National Park, and the remainder is wet sclerophyll forest.

The land we call Bindarrabi comes from two indigenous words meaning high mountain and deep pool as the land has a majestic, custodial mountain on one side and a defining gorge on the other. This land has never been settled apart from some transient loggers and has a purity and beauty that evokes respect. Bindarrabi Community aims to enable affordable housing with meaningful and fulfilling livelihood with mutual respect and consideration for each other and the land.

DIRECTIONS FOR BINDARRABI CO-OPERATIVE VILLAGE. Type in “Trough Creek Rd Koreelah”. To get to Bindarrabi from Boonah:. Take the Rathdowney Rd for 14 km. Turn right into Carney’s Creek Rd, travel for 15 kms to the Kilarney and Queen Mary’s Fall turnoff to the right. DO NOT take this turn-off, just keep straight along the White Swamp Rd. This road crosses the NSW border after a further 15 km. At 108 km beyond the border is a turn to the right for Koreelah National Park and camping ground.
