Absolutely delicious 8-10 servings. 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar. 1 dash black pepper. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 cup single cream. 1 large head cabbage, finely shredded. Directions for coleslaw Blend mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and oil. Add mustard, pepper, lemon juice, cream and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour coleslaw dressing over shredded cabbage, celery and carrots in a large bowl and toss until cabbage is well coated. Keep coleslaw refridgerated. The Best Pumpkin Pie.

Sunday, 14 November 2010. 200g long grain rice. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion finely chopped. 1 clove garlic crushed. 1/2 red pepper diced. 400g tin chopped tomatoes. The rice in a colander. And leave to one side to drain. 2) Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onion until soft (about 5 mins. 3) Add the crushed garlic, paprika pepper and rice. Stir continually. 4) Add the tin tomatoes and stock. Simmer for about 15 mins. Until the rice is tender. Chicken and sweetcorn chowder. 6 tbsp double cream.

Chicken and sweetcorn chowder. 5 spring onions finely chopped. 1 medium potato, peeled and diced into small chunks. 400g sweetcorn (tin or frozen). 6 tbsp double cream. 50g shredded cooked chicken. 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional). 1) Melt the butter and saute the onion for a minute or two. 2) Add the potato, sweetcorn and stock, bring to a simmer and cook until potato is soft. 3) Blend half this mixture until smooth. 4) Return it to the pan and add the double cream.
