Http:/ www.ic36.com 2008年12月2日9:26. 国际半导体产业权威行业组织GSA(全球半导体联盟)执行长官JodiShelton女士在会上列出了行业面临的四大挑战 一是虽然集成电路行业出货量稳步上升，但产品平均价格(ASP)不断下降，这使行业利润率遭遇巨大挑战 二是虽然研发制造成本迅速攀升，但行业增长率不断下滑，这使风险投资(VC)渐渐远离该行业，市场上存活下来的企业数量不断减少 三是产品上市时间给企业造成的压力不断加大，产品上市晚一步的企业将受到巨大的损失 四是IP(半导体知识产权)的集成和验证越来越复杂，成本越来越高。 这主要是因为我国集成电路设计业正面临三大压力 一是经济大环境不景气，成本攀升 二是政策环境不完善，使企业运营遇到很多实际困难 三是产品同质化严重，价格战成为唯一的市场竞争手段。 而针对明年风险投资对中国集成电路设计业的策略，北极光风险投资公司陈大同对 中国电子报 记者表示，一方面全球金融危机带来的经济震荡还没有完全触底，大家还在观望 另一方面，风险投资在中国没有退出机制，也造成风险投资不知道如何投资中国企业。
