Shaping Up and Pigging Out! My take on how to stay fit (somewhat lol) year round. August 19, 2014. Eating healthy doesn’t have to suck. After several bulking/cutting cycles, I’ve realized that the key for me (emphasis on me , an average girl that doesn’t compete in fitness competitions but wants to stay fit and healthy) is; FLEXIBILITY. And I’m not taking about doing the splits flexibility but about flexible dieting. Not only is it O.K., it’s probably even beneficial in the long-run. Follow Blog via Email.

Shaping Up and Pigging Out! August 17, 2014. Health and Life style. After a lovely dinner and goodnight sleep, we woke up pretty early the next morning. Before breakfast, we again did some stretches to prepare ourselves for the day. Breakfast included quite large amount of carbs and protein as were told that most of the walk would be uphill. The route (OMG! Badly focused Himalayan ginseng. PS: The group of porters was the loveliest bunch. They even dry baked us a carrot cake (YES, A CAKE! Great going cuz .
