گردآورنده:مریم مهوری- رشته پزشکی. آدرنوکورتیکوتروپیک هورمون از هیپوفیز ترشح میگردد و عمل اصلی آن تحریک رشد و تولید استروئید از کورتکس آدرنال میباشد. هورمون CRHترشح ACTH را از هیپوفیز افزایش میدهد. افزایش ACTH ایجاد کننده سندرم کوشینگ است و کاهش آن بیماری آدیسون را بوجود میآورد. چون ACTH ترشح دورهای و ضربانی دارد و نیمه عمر آن کوتاه است، اندازهگیری اتفاقی آن قابل اطمینان نیست و در صورت شک به آن در اولین قدم باید سطح کورتیزول چک شود. اثرات بیوشیمیایی در سلول هدف:. هورمون آزاد کنندهی کورتیکوتروپین (CRH) از ...

April 14, 2013. The enzyme isolated from the bacteriophage displayed specificity as it only affected the bacterium and did not affect any other bacteria that are found in the nose.
