經濟部能源局繼97年7月15日石油煉製業及輸入業銷售國內之全面實施國內銷售車用柴油全面均添加1 生質柴油(即簡稱B1)措施，成為亞洲第1個不需補貼 措施而能成功全面推動使用生質柴油的國家後，之後於99年6月15日起將生質柴油添加比率提高至2 (簡稱B2)，除進一步減低二氧化碳排放量外，也提高同時亦擴增生質柴油國內市場需求量，以促進產業發展。 國內全面實施車用柴油中添加生質柴油比率提高至2 後，於民國100年之後，依據國內車用柴油之使用量估算，生質柴油年使用量達10萬公秉，在能源替代效益方面，一年全國可少用10萬公秉的化石柴油 環境效益方面，預估每年可以減少溫室氣體二氧化碳約26萬公噸的排放，相當於約271座大安森林公園 產業效益方面，許可合格之生質柴油廠家數共計8家，帶動產業投資累計約10億元，在第四階段全面添加2%生質柴油期間，估算生質柴油年產值約30億元。 而大安森林公園面積為25.9293公頃，二氧化碳吸附量為25.9293x37=959.3841公噸。 The article comes from ITRI May 8, 2007 09:39 PM.
