SWISS-PROT Accession numbers to GO Terms. The link from a selection from EMBL/SWALL entries to GO in SRS is not too helpful as the dominance of individual GO Terms does not become too obvious. This little PHP script helps querying a My-SQL Gene Ontology Database entry by entry and summarises the results! Following input types are supported:. SWISS-Prot accession numbers and names.
