Summary and future work. Summary and future work. Here, we reported the design of a self-regulatory cell-like sensor,. And successfully produced the micro size vesicles and synthesized the gene production. The self-regulatory switch was partially done and will be completed by adding the mtf. Sequence working as the sensor. The micro vesicles can be finally used with the living organisms, to remove the harmful metal ions from cells.

Summary and future work. We observed vesicles with a fluorescence microscope (fig.5). We found some sphere structures in the pictures. They were vesicles which contain some fluorescent dyes. The upper right vesicle was about 10 μm. We took 3 kinds of pictures. A was a normal microscope picture. B was a picture which shows calcein in the vesicles. Summary and future work. Preparation of vesicles [1]. 1 W/O emulsions were prepared by mixing emulsification. Add 25ml of hexane solution (3wt% Span 80 and 0.1wt% stearylamine) to 0.5ml of 50mM Tris-HCl (0.01M calcein, pH8.0),. And mix them at 8000 rpm for 5 minutes at room temperature. 2 Freeze the emulsions by liquid nitrogen and keep them at -20 C. 3 Add the mixture of egg PC, cholesterol, stearylamine and rhodamine PE in the mole ratio of 5: 5: 1: 0.005 to hexane.
