Skip to main content. Dynamic MRSI Processing Module (DMPM). Dynamic MRSI Processing Module (DMPM) is a software tool running over Matlab (R2009b version) for MRSI post-processing. It takes two MRSI acquisitions and creates peak maps of the relative general change between them. The main goals of this software tool are:. Displaying and saving peak maps of metabolites and PE-MRSI (perturbation enhanced MRSI) maps. Displaying and saving SNR (signal to noise ratio) maps. Displaying and saving temperature maps.

JMRUI2XML is a plugin for the jMRUI platform that was built with two purposes in mind: 1) automating, to a certain degree, MRS processing, and 2) as a platform for outputting exchangeable data for its use in pattern recognition (but not limited to this).
