WP3 EODHaM System and service. This workpackage deals with the integration of the different process steps and technologies into a "System of Systems" that will unify access to the BIO SOS services for the end users. R tinctorum has been cloned in vitro under growing conditions that stimulate root proliferation. Plantlets with roots and two to five eyes were recultured in growing media doped with Cd. Up to 50 ppm. After two weeks, the medium was analyzed for free Cd. Using a cadmium selective electrode. Preliminary results show that Rubia clones used are both resistant to Cd.
