Through more than 10 years in various biostatistical roles I have complemented my thorough theoretical background with expertise in biostatistics. My scientific work has led so far to 21 core statistical publications. 56 publications in biomedical journals. 1 patent, and 10 packages. That are on CRAN. And my H Index. After a thorough introduction in modern biostatistics in the first part of the book, the second part treats special topics relevant in applications, such as analysis of competing risks, measures of agreement, epidemiology and meta-analysis, or analysis of clinical trials.
