Thursday, June 26, 2008. 고혈압약 '리피토'소송서 국내社 승소(상보). 연매출액이 1000억원이 넘는 거대 고혈압약을 둘러싼 다국적 제약사와 국내 제약사의 특허분쟁에서 국내 제약사가 승소했다. 특허법원(3부 부장판사 이태종)은 26일 미국 화이자의 고혈압치료제 '리피토'의 특허권 전체에 대해 무효라고 선고했다. 이에 따라 동아제약, 유한양행, 동화약품 등 국내 제약사들이 리피토의 제네릭(복제약)을 계속 공급할 수 있게 됐다. 이번 소송에 참여한 국내 제약사는 동아제약. 1,000 -1.0%). 3,000 -1.4%). 등 총 15개 제약사. 이들 중 동아제약 등 5개 회사는 지난달 초 리피토 제네릭을 일제히 발매하며 특허법원 판결을 주시하고 있었다. 리피토'의 원천 물질특허는 지난해 5월 만료됐다. 하지만 화이자가 '리피토' 이성질체와 그 염들에 대한 후속특허를 추가로 획득, 특허기간을 오는 2013년까지로 연장시켰다.
