Bi-polar Bear Life

Weight loss over the last 6 months. December 1, 2016. I started out this journey at roughly 123kg, 271lbs or over 19 stone. No matter what way you describe the weight, it was still far too heavy, even for a tall man. Today on the first of December 2016 I am 107.3kg or 236lbs.
