I still require 12 hours of sleep a night and of the waking hours, i'm only 'with it' for maybe 5. that number seems to be getting better, but still. this is no way to live. the way that meds are done with bipolar and other mood disorders really pisses me off. trial and error.really? All of the medical advances-mapping of the human genome and crap-and it's still trial and error. so, if your doc guesses right the first time, you'll be functioning again in a couple of months.

This is basically just a blog for my 14 year old sons doctor and therapist. Monday, December 10, 2012. Good day- started tae kwon do. E had a good day today. No major arguments. Started a month trial of tae kwon do today also. No school today- suspended. Sunday, December 9, 2012. Friday, December 7, 2012. When E got home on Friday he stated that all of that happened on 12/6/2012 and that today, Friday the 7th he had a 'great' day. 1 mg kapvay at night.
