The version of the message board that I was running is no longer supported for free. Rather than risk having a security vulnerability exploited and members' personal information falling into the wrong hands, I thought that it would be better to take it offline. This would have nothing to do with the fact that I'm too lazy to get the board working after moving to the new server or that I'm too cheap to purchase the upgrade. Honest! Tuesday, May 3, 2011. Well I'm Still here. I have a wonderful girlfriend who has depression issues and I help control her issues with her family and keep her spirits up although she is not medicated. She has known for several years about my suicidal thoughts and manic episodes and is very in control of my meds. Sleep is my main issue. Someone suggested Valerian Root and others said Melatonin?
