Tonight as I walked my dog I heard some whipping, popping noise. It was the noise of flag flapping in the wind. It was the flag atop the building across the street. 50 stories up. I initially guffawed at the media attention correlating binge TV watching to binge-eating, but my personal, non-mindful experiment has found it to be correct.
