Cook @ 350 degrees on a greased sheet pan for 30 minutes. 16 oz pinto beans, cooked. 2 cups brown rice, cooked. 12 oz corn, defrosted. 3 jalapeños, finely diced with seeds. 2 bell peppers, finely diced with seeds.
