I am totally looking forward to the race on Sunday. It’s a 10 miler through a cemetery lined with pumpkins called The Evergreen Pumpkin Run. The road to becoming crazy fit. Laquo; Falling Down. January 5th – Getting Going. Closing out another year. I have converted my home office to a gym including a professional gym quality treadmill! I am very excited about this. One new goal for next year is to run at least one mile every day for 90 days. I can hit the home gym for the one miler and then hit the road for the regular miles. The road to becoming crazy fit. Laquo; Bathroom Stall Workout. Finally a Race In Sight. HHHMMM.in reflection, not sure I feel totally successful this week! I did the planned strength sessions (3 days worth), plus all of the push-up challenges. Only one run during the week (4.25 mile group run) and I will totally nail the 9 miler Saturday (I have others joining me! One of my values is to ‘be exceptional’. I hate mediocrity, especially when I see it in myself. The Concept of NET. Happy FIT weekend ya’ll!

Tuesday was very painful, but as I start day 3 of the new work year, I am slowly starting to get back in the swing of things. I feel renewed and focused and excited as this first week gets under way which includes workouts! I am keeping my promise (so far! To run at least 1 mile each day for 90 days. So far this week:. Monday 1 mile run. 10 pushups/10 situps/10 air squats.
