Birnam Wood III C.A.I. US Home built Fairfax and Birnam Wood I and II back in the early 70's. In 1976 they started a entire new subdivision called Birnam Wood III C.A.I. They incorporated in 1977 and started building on the West side of Birnam Wood Blvd. Section 3 was completed in the late 70's and section IV was annexed into BWIII.
