Where the Crafters Meet. Is there still meetings at this place for December? Nov 6th, 2006 @ 12:02 pm. Just thought I'd let you guys know that if you're a knitter, there's a new knit group in town! We meet every Tuesday night,. 7pm at Serious Coffee on Yates (across the street from a&b Sound.). Bring your friends and your knitting project. Beginners are welcome too as there'll be other knitters around to help you out if you need it. Oh and crocheters are welcome too. Be there!

H told me he'd been e-mailing with someone about a stash of baby clothes for sale, and that he'd made an appointment for us to go check them out. So I immediately started organizing my plan for the day around other errands we could run while we were out: getting groceries afterward, making sure to go to the ATM beforehand to get cash, etc. He humoured me. My 'other life' is that of a professional 'purchaser' - actually the term changes with the wind, buyer, purchaser, procurement specialist, supply chain manager. Regardless, those skills are extremely helpful to a small business.
