Ingredients for the satay sauce:. 1/2 tin of a 440g can coconut cream. 3 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy). 2 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon palm sugar (normal sugar will work too). 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes.

So much so that I’ve eaten it every day I’ve been at home since July 2013 when I posted the original recipe. The basic recipe is almost the same as the original:. 300g Wholegrain Rolled Oats. 100g Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds). 100g Linseed (flax seeds). 100g Black Chia Seed. 100g walnuts, crushed. I was looking for something different to have for lunch and this really hits the spot and it’s so simple to make! Serving suggestion: bacon and avocado – it worked exceptionally well. Ingredients for 4 people (2 each). 1 large (420g) tin of corn kernels patted dry (I have yet to try with fresh corn). 3 eggs, whisked. 5 cloves garlic crushed.
