I made the marshmallow fondant myself by melting marshmallows with some water and mixing them with a 2 pound bag of powdered sugar. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. Yummy Melt-in-your-Mouth Chocolate Meringues! This recipe is from Taste of Homes'. Best Loved Cookies and Bars. This is the first time I've made Meringues and I think they turned out great! I think mine looked better than the Test Kitchen's.). 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter. 3 Tablespoons baking Cocoa. 3 Tablespoons mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips (optional). 3 Tablespoons finely crushed Walnuts or Almonds (optional). Beat in cocoa and fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

Friday, June 24, 2011. Hello Everyone. I want to start by saying that I'm back for real this time. I recently realized that I hadn't blogged in well over a year. I'm 15 now. I've still been baking though so I don't know what my deal is. Also, I appreciate how nice and encouraging everyone has been towards me! I think the main reason I gave up for so long was that I was so intimidated by the perfection from blogs like Bakerella. Fabulous blog btw). I got tons. 3 1/3 cups cake flour (not self-rising).
