Saturday, March 17, 2012. 1 large zucchini grated, excess water removed (Note: To do this, after you grate the zucchini, put the grated zucchini into paper towels and squeeze to release the water). 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle of ground nutmeg, about 1/8 teaspoon (Note: If you add too much it can quickly take over the taste, less is more). 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.

Growing up my mother always ground her own whole wheat flour for her pancakes and always added chocolate chips to the batter. She spoiled my husband, who now will only eat pancakes with chocolate chips .and his favorite shredded coconut too. You know that a day without Chocolate just isn't complete. This coconut syrup has got to be the BEST way to eat any pancake! Try it. You're going to love it. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup bread crumbs. 189; pound sausage. 2/3 cup Panko bread crumbs. 189; cup fine Italian Bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
