Wednesday, January 30, 2008. It's the end of the month once again and. From all over the world come together with flour and eggs to whip up yet another sumptuous concoction. Jen. Chose a Lemon Meringue Pie for January’s flavor. I've not made a lemon meringue pie (or any other pie for that matter) in years. The primary reason is that I was too lazy to make pie shells.
