Soul searching into my addiction to cars. Saturday, August 6, 2011. My doctor told me yesterday that my parasympathetic system needs help. She gave me the following prescription : sing, pray, do yoga, laugh, eat lots of fiber. I've never had such a prescription before from a physician. Wow! Such a prescription is well placed. I'm overworking my summer. I'm studying, and in the meantime buying my first house because I need to be closer to my work and owning seems smarter than paying rent.
