The scary part (for me) is that she is on anti-seizure meds. I love my girls and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world but when they hurt, suffer or struggle for any reason I would give anything to take their place, take away their pain and make their life easier. I am so sorry girls. November 30, 2007.

Shunt Surgery; Say A Prayer for Lena. It is February 27, and Lena is in surgery as I type this. Last time Lena had shunt surgery, she was just a little baby and took it all in stride pretty well.
