Before heading back to the guesthouse for our last night on our road trip, we stopped by a little store to see if they had any raisins. For a while we decided that after Monday-Friday studying language and culture inside around the table, we should switch things up and make Friday a "Friday Fun-day." We asked our helper if she'd be interested in taking us around to different famous landmarks in the city and also teach us a bit about cooking and she was all in. Here are a few of the things we did on the Friday Fun-days. First one, we went to Thad Luang, the gold covered stupa, a national monument.
