It's what I do. The things that make me happy. Troop 3 backpacking trip to Sipsey Wilderness, AL. March 22, 2014. We hiked for a good ways and found some neat-o stuff like a rock tree and a natural rock tent. We decided along down the trail that we would have lunch after the imminent river crossing which we eventually came to. Credit to Frederick B. as the author of this post. It's what I do. The things that make me happy. I think backpacking is one of the coolest things to do. I have done quite a bit since I have picked it up when I was working at a therapeutic wilderness program in Georgia. My wife and I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail for our honeymoon in 2007. I am going to try to compile all of my backpacking trips here. This should be an interesting endeavor. Share on Facebook (Opens in new window). Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window).
