When looking at an email that contains more than one question, are people just naturally hardwired to answer just the last question that was asked, or are they actively trying to piss me off? I was told that maybe it's because people have no short term memory and don't normally reread their email in order to make sure they didn't miss anything. Well, you know what? I try very hard to make sure I'm answering all questions in whatever email I'm responding to.
