Tuesday, 21 February 2012. Here in the UK, it's Pancake Day and I would like to share a recipe with you for American style pancakes that are semi healthy and gluten free! I developed this for a friend who is properly allergic to gluten and has unrequited love for pancakes. This recipe has been developed using ingredients readily available from supermarkets in the UK. If you aren't following a gluten free diet, feel free to try them with self-raising flour instead! 120g whole natural greek style yogurt.
