I am beginning to wonder if there is such a thing as a lousy client. And if you're in a position to choose between an employee and a bad client, who would you choose? Is acceding to everything the client asks for good customer service or saying 'no' would be better at the end of the day? In this case, retaining your employee is the way to go.
