Thursday, December 30, 2010. After tossing and turning for a year about whether i will go to the culinary school, i have finally come to a decision. Following that i applied for a credit. Then, i got denied :). Panicked, and got a couplo nightmares. Apparently they only update credit data like once a year, so i proved my status and reapplied.finally i've got a whole lot of money on my account right now- should i go for a quick shopping spree instead? I won't take any more of your time for today :).

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Day 26th of March - Sad but True. One good-working bartender of ours was fired this week. Another service member has decided to leave ASAP and the rest, including myself, is just counting days. Anyways, by the end of this saturday, I probably will have done 63 hours of work. Our accountant was here today and I humorously asked him why we don't get paid for the extra hours we work. BTW: those extras are not a situation of 'CAN YOU PLEASE', but more of a 'YOU WILL, PERIOD! Thursday, January 20, 2011. Culinary State of Turkey. Anyways i could complain for hours about the subject, but you all got the point. So, let's improve it. There's a strict distinction between a baker and a pastry chef. In Turkey we see this distinctions only in Hotels or Hotel restaurants. Everyone else is a baker except hotel chefs. I've been working from 9am to 11 pm for almost the whole week and it will be alike the next couple of weeks since we still haven't arranged our shift schedules:D.
