With Love from Lk. Goodwin. Monday, February 15, 2010. New York - RIGBY! I just got home from New York. I have been there once before - just passing through. I was in the backseat of our family's rental Lumina and we got rear ended twice by the same cabbie. Didn't see any cool sights - too busy switching between "Like a Virgin" and "Tiffany" tapes on my walkman. This trip to New York was fabulous - still didn't see the big city - but did get to see my sister-in-law's husband get a new brother-in-law.

With Love from Lk. Goodwin. Friday, July 19, 2013. My cat Stan. Just Stan. It isn't short for anything cool (like Constantinople. Which I then changed to Istanbul at the request of the Turkish government in the 1920's). I adopted Stan in November 2010. Do you remember that month? Anyway - Stan and I recently moved to Ballard - which is a REALLY cool part of Seattle. Everything was going ok until last week when he threw up a hairball the size of a small child's leg. Gross. SO Stan needed to get a haircut.
