A year spent in an eighth grade Literacy Lab. Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Today I read "9/11 Remembered: An Eyewitness Account" to my eighth grade lit lab class and was proudly surprised with how my students responded when I said, "You may not remember what you were doing." I can say that I am jealous of my students in this class.imagine going to an 1 1/2 hour long class every other day where one is allowed to choose a book and then just set there and read!
