Våra klängväxter Bignonia och Clematis har nu varit med sedan 2011 och nu börjar de bli riktigt fina. Clematisen som vi köpte samtidigt som Bignoia skulle vara blå, men det blev vita och nu är vi nöjda med dem. Vi använder bara Extra Jungfruolja = Extra Vergine – som vi köper i Montefiascone och i Sverige köper vi av Zetas olivoljor. Olivoljan vi köper är den som kallas fruttato och har pepprig eftersmak som innehåller hög halt av antioxidanter. Sepia-bläckfisk kallas på italienska också Seppia, men stavas en aning annorlunda som synes. Denna bläckfisken som vi visar här är delvis rensad. Skinnet och bläckblåsan är borttagna. Här till vänster ser man munnen, med armarna runt munnen. Till höger syns att det är öppet där bl.a. inälvorna med bläckblåsan har suttit. Här kommer sepian färdig att äta efter 2 min kokta.

Our children have always preferred having them with cream sauce and mashed potatoes, not with lingonberry jam. Birgitta has developed several different dishes based on the same ingredients meatballs, such as meatloaf and beef patties. 200 g mixed mince (mixed minced pork and beef). 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
