Kanske är det överraskande, men de flesta av de politiska debatterna av idag, kan delas upp i endast två delar. Den stora konflikten är inte om vad som ska göras, men om principerna; den etiska kod som rättfärdigar eller fördömer en handling. De två olika ideologierna är Individualism. I took advantage of the nice weather last weekend to visit the bird sanctuary, along with a ton of other folks apparently ;). Always enjoy the colourful wood duck. I always enjoy the cranes.

Bjorn's Reading Blog. Just another WordPress.com site. Books I Have Read. Colourless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage. Is as clean and sharp as the trajectory of a perfect golf ball shot. Which is a bit unusual for Haruki Murakami, whose plots often are expansive and unwieldy like an old oak with branches shooting out in all directions. Murakami places a piece of music at the centre of this novel. This time it’s Franz Liszt’s “Le mal du pays” from Years of Pilgrimage...Comments : Leave a Comment.

Before it became the New World, the Western Hemisphere was vastly more populous and sophisticated than has been thought an altogether more salubrious place to live at the time than, say, Europe. New evidence of both the extent of the population and its agricultural advancement leads to a remarkable conjecture: the Amazon rain forest may be largely a human artifact.
