Raising them in Christ. Monday, March 30, 2015. I do not understand how this is possible. Five is so big! Five year-olds go to Kindergarten and wear backpacks and have school supplies. They are kind of a big deal. How on earth do I have a five year-old? I cannot comprehend where the time has gone! Landon continues to be handsome and goofy, inquisitive and smart. Raising them in Christ. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Ellie's 1 week old! Oh my sweet and precious girl! Ellie is just the sweetest most content baby ever. Here are some things we've learned about her the past week. She's very strong even though she's tiny. She loves to snuggle and sleep on us. She is too sleepy to do much of anything unless we wake her for it. Ellie has the most beautiful eyes and soft little dark hairs. She HATES diaper changes and clothing changes too. She's a great latcher. My Big Fat Bl...

Raising them in Christ. Friday, August 7, 2015. Ellie's Pregnancy and Birth. It was also very hard. After losing Josiah. Everything about pregnancy and birth felt different. Throughout her pregnancy Matt and Stephanie (our incredible midwife and my dear friend) and I went around and around if I should have a repe...

Raising them in Christ. Wednesday, November 26, 2014. I cannot believe it! My precious baby girl is so big. She seems so big in so many ways, but is still so much my precious baby. Have I mentioned that I LOVE having a girl! She is so my buddy, my princess, my joy. Talking - Laney still talks all.the.time. She's quiet and fairly shy in front of others, but she talks my ear off every day. I cannot believe she ended up being a bigger talker than her brother! She can count to 15 and sight recognizes almost ...
