We are happy to customize our fee arrangements for each client. Typically, we provide a limit beyond which we will not charge without obtaining the client's permission. We can often agree to a monthly retainer which will cover all legal services performed each month. Occasionally, we can quote fixed fees, although the variety of issues which arise in almost every assignment often precludes that approach. Lawyers' rates are substantially lower than other New York City firms doing similar work.
