Who asked us some questions about the forces we have here so that he could move to Mars – how totaly awesome is that! But we decided that we could’nt show our faces to him in our reply as he was from the Alpha quadrant which has loads of technology. So we said that we would use JellyCam. So this week we are making a practice science fiction animations so we can get used to the program!

Yes it was certainly party time as Year 5 celebrated their learning in the best possible way – by hosting a Caribbean themed celebration in the hall for parents. Not only could they watch dancing, gymnastics and performance poetry, parents also had the chance to view children’s written literacy work as well as watch TV adverts for St Lucia and explore research about the distant locality on Laptops!
