I mean- I really love Weight Watchers, we’ve been together for so long. Still believe in its principles, namely writing down your food and eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies, but I just don’t think I am getting much value out of paying a monthly membership. Overall, I think my relationship with Weight Watchers was too open.

Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Blood, Sweat, and Tears. I don't know about other runners out there, but I enjoy watching people run on TV. I've watched marathons, tri's, and ironman competitions. And I've cried every time I witness someone run across the finish line whether. They're first or last. This may sound strange, but I cry. I guess I picture myself crossing that finish line with them. I imagine the blood, sweat, and tears that took to get there. I have the ongoing blood blisters. Glad to hear from you!
