The first thing I focus on is to make the pose similar to the picture. I compare it with the front view first. Followed by the 3/4 view. In addition, I start to focus on the balance here, making sure that the picture look smooth and the whole model looked evenly balanced. This are some of the errors that I did for this model:. This simple exercise had taught me how to do weight shift from one leg to another and to also remember to apply the principles of animation. Before doing, visualization of weight shifting on a person is needed as you need to know how does the weight actually shift when you change the leg. I would say that this exercise would require observation. Moreover, references would definitely help to make this exercise easier. Is all about 3D!

It may look simple, however, I think i struggled the most for this pose. I could not really get the pose right and I didnt balance the model well. I redo quite a few times because the first time I did, I shifted the skeleton and is not a good thing! Third time, I shifted the leg and they are not evenly on the ground!
