My legs really seem to be coming back around. I was a little worried early on, but the miles seem to be healing the time off the bike. Monday, June 28, 2010. This reminds me that I didn't update about Joe Martin either. It, on the other hand was horribly run/organized. The results were off almost everyday, and the crit course was even more of a deathtrap than before. I had a good tt, in 23rd. Wednesday, October 20, 2010. I almost got smoked by Jay blindly coming out of the pit and that put me in a bad mood. We yelled back and forth and I just ended up not feeling like I even wanted to be out there. I pulled out on my 5th lap or something I guess. I looked at the death section of the course with a dusty fog hanging over it and decided I was done inhaling that stuff. This past tuesday I worked with Ahmet Ogut. Monday, July 18, 2011. I've also learned this year that I'm just bad at training. I'm bad at following a plan, and I'm bad at pushing myself in workouts. I've long felt like the more racing I do the better shape I get in, even if it's tuesday nights. I guess this is really the only year that I've not raced as much, and I can feel the difference. Monday, July 18, 2011. I've also learned this year that I'm just bad at training. I'm bad at following a plan, and I'm bad at pushing myself in workouts. I've long felt like the more racing I do the better shape I get in, even if it's tuesday nights. I guess this is really the only year that I've not raced as much, and I can feel the difference. Yeh, it does sound like you need a break from racing, but not necessarily a break from biking. Consider some fun biking (mountain, touring and group rides).

Wednesday, March 09, 2011. This was pretty much where I was all day. I also took a few videos throughout the day. Click them to become full screen or something, blogger made them really small. I still don't know if I'd ever go to Mardi Gras as a participant. I'd definitely work it again though, 14 hour shift and all. I was definitely on the right side of the bar. I also made bank.
