Chris and Catherine have owned and run Blacks Delicatessen for almost nine years, although the shop has been there for over twenty. Chris is a self-taught cook and he worked at Bovey Castle as their Activities Manager before Blacks, while Catherine was General Manager at Gidleigh Park for eighteen years. Situated in the heart of this ancient Stannary town, Blacks offers superb food either home cooked on the premises or locally sourced.
