Thursday, February 5, 2015. Winter Quiltfest was just a bundle of fun! I just love the ladies I get to meet at events like this. I was able to take one class . Kaleidoscope with Maria Miller. She is such a gifted quilter. I loved everything about her class! I felt like I had met an old friend. It makes my heart happy to rub shoulders with some of these young quilters! They are so creative and enthused about quilting you can't help but jump on the wagon with them. It is going to be really neat in it!

Deer Hollow: Exploring
http://thedeerhollow.blogspot.com/2015/04/exploring.html
The Place We Call Home. Thursday, April 30, 2015. Knowing what our summer looked like - Emily and I decided to take a quick. Two night trip to Salt Lake before things got too crazy. We packed up our cameras and grabbed. Our stretchiest pants for plenty of good food sampling. And we were off! We had never been before and were very curious as to what it was all about. We arrived Sunday evening and had about 2 1/2 hours before sundown. We headed to the spot we might best view the sunset and found it was also.

Black Sheep Work Shop
Welcome to the official web site of the Black Sheep Work Shop! My name is Michael Aspiotis, the designer and master craftsman behind the pieces shown on these pages. My goal is to create objects of beauty. In order to accomplish this I purely and directly translate my inspiration into form, without compromise. The result is functional art with integrity; and a special, nameless quality that inspires and uplifts the spirit.
