http://desertsunstudios.blogspot.com/2011/08/animated-equines-1-spirit-stallion-of.html
Desert Sun Studios Rambler. Saturday, August 20, 2011. Animated Equines #1: "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron". It’s very hard to keep yourself from going completely insane while you pack box, after box of model horses (both bodies, and your collection), as well as the random stuff that accumulates in your studio… without SOME form of amusement…. Oo Yeah… Could have done without that! Or the nod Spirit gives to the Colonel… . Just a touch too much humanity for my tastes. Haha! Sure, they gave him eyebrow...

http://desertsunstudios.blogspot.com/2011/08/tale-of-two-paisley-ponies.html
Desert Sun Studios Rambler. Sunday, August 7, 2011. A Tale of Two Paisley Ponies. Last weekend, I attended one of THE best concerts, I have ever been to! My husband and I braved the intense Texas heat, to attend Brad Paisley's 2011 "H20 II World Tour", in Frisco, TX! Suffice it to say, it was fantastic! Brad never fails to put on one HELL of a show! And this year was no exception! Possibly the best part. Brad was joined this year by, none other than Blake Shelton! Not only will he wow you at his concerts...

Desert Sun Studios Rambler. Sunday, August 28, 2011. Monumental Equines; Part 1. Many artists consider the sculpting of an equestrian statue to be the pinnacle of their sculpting career. It is a true test of their artistic vision, and talents to successfully create one of these monumental monuments. And, if successful, the artist is able to leave behind not only a testament to their skills, but a lasting testament to history. I recently made it a point to stop at a particularly. Which stands at 24 ft tal...

http://desertsunstudios.blogspot.com/2011/07/back-in-saddle-so-to-speak-oo.html
Desert Sun Studios Rambler. Friday, July 29, 2011. Back in the saddle. so to speak. O.o. So I started this "blog". 4 yrs ago. O.o. At some point, just before I moved out here to TX. I let it die. I'm not entirely sure why. But between my new surroundings, trying to find a job. and my impending marriage (to my then fiance, now husband, Bob), I guess it just ended up on the back burner. Now Thanks to Laura Skillern. Both of whom I FULLY BLAME for this! Thank you, Laura. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
