http://www.andrew-alexis.com/2012/04/evelyns-birth
Andrew, Alexis and Evelyn Young. April 12, 2012. Just so everyone realizes how spectacular Evelyn’s timing was, I will preface her birth story with some previous events. Thursday, March 15. Last day at work. Friday, March 16. Last school day and American Lit term paper is due. Monday, March 19. Tuesday, March 20. Wednesday, March 21. In the following couple of days, my Braxton-Hicks contractions picked up (still painless, though) and my nights started becoming restless. On Saturday March 24. That’s...

Risa: A Heavenly Melody
http://risabecause.blogspot.com/2011/08/her-name-means-laughter-and-one-of.html
Because joy is the ultimate journey. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Her name means laughter. One of the things we miss most is hearing hers. Whenever she said something funny, her eyes would twinkle. Then, as she watched and waited for you to "get it", she'd twist her head sort of side ways. The corners of her mouth would gradually move upward until finally her whole face erupted into a smile and bust out a giggle. Sometimes I can almost hear it. It's no wonder we find comfort in the following:. Remember, m...

Risa: The Best Days
http://risabecause.blogspot.com/2011/10/best-days.html
Because joy is the ultimate journey. Monday, October 3, 2011. While going through the videos Risa took on her old camera, I (Railee) was struck overwhelmingly with love. I could feel the love that Risa had and has for her family, and I've been trying to find a way to share this message from her. Hopefully this compilation of videos and journal entries will relate what I've been feeling lately. October 3, 2011 at 12:47 PM. October 3, 2011 at 2:32 PM. Thank you so much for sharing these priceless moments.

The Wheeler Family: Head Above Water
http://www.wheeler6.com/2016/06/head-above-water.html
Monday, June 20, 2016. I'm here, really I am. It has been months since I've posted, but it is my goal to catch up. We have loved having a family of six, which is still surprising to me sometimes. Six! Now, about having 4 kids. Oh, My. It has been an adventure so far. I've done what I could to survive and somehow I'm finally feeling like my head is above water. I think about the quote from Jim Gaffigan often, "Do you want to know what's it's like to have a fourth? June 27, 2016 at 1:30 PM. Glad you are fe...

The Wheeler Family: September 2015
http://www.wheeler6.com/2015_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Little books in little hands, is there anything cuter? I love seeing my kids look at books. It is even better when they try to read them to each other. These two especially love books so when I mentioned grabbing some and bringing them out to look at they filled a basket, brought it out, and started reading. I bet they were there for a half hour. Saturday, September 26, 2015. Emmett was ready to go rock climbing, helmet, harness, and all! We drove ambulances, buses, and trains.

Tuesday, July 14, 2015. I can't believe that I have a 4 year old! Holy cow times flies! This year he will be in pre-school and then next year in Kindergarten! We decided to celebrate his actual birthday quietly, at home with his favorite dinner. Here are some photos and videos of his birthday evening. For his party, a few days later, we had a Jake and the Neverland Pirates Party. Eli loved it! I had the kids decorate Pirate hats to wear during the party. They had a blast decorating! The cake. :). Saturday, July 27, 2013. I have a 2 year old! Yikes, when did that happen! This boy takes after his Grandma McKee. He ate 4 pieces of Watermelon, and wanted more. Happy Birthday Baby Boy! I love you more each day! Roasting his first marshmallow. Our little non-sleeper. When we finally went in to bed, he decided it was play time for a few hours. Boy, were we exhausted! And playing some disc golf the next morning. A Day at Astoria. I'll give a run down of our day via pictures, and try not to overload you.

http://emilymckee.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 22, 2013. First of all, can I get a Woot woot! This post should probably wait until the quiet book is totally done, but I'm so excited about it tonight! Over a year ago I decided I wanted to make a quiet book for Eli. My friend Jessie and I went in on the project together. We have been stalled along the way, but tonight I have my pages finished! Alphabet Page: Felt on felt sticks well to each other. If it is terrible/doesn't work, I'll suck it up and do velcro}. Zipper page, camping style!
